Income figures use the 2026 SMI (€17,094/year) and current UGE formula: 200% for the main applicant, +75% for the first family member and +25% for each additional member.

What is the 2026 minimum income?

€2,849 gross per month for the main applicant, plus €1,068.38 for the first family member and €356.13 for every additional family member.

Can I apply from Spain?

If you are legally in Spain, you may apply directly for the residence authorisation through the Large Companies and Strategic Groups Unit (UGE).

How long can permission last?

The consular visa can be valid for up to one year. The residence authorisation can be granted for up to three years and renewed in two-year periods if the conditions continue.
